Psalms 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

Lord, I know there were moments this week when I settled for my thoughts and my needs rather than seeking your wisdom. Forgive me my need for control and point me in the direction you want for my life. Help me be your instrument here on earth.
